Real case

An institution offering online and in-person education programmes: courses, diplomas and certifications, with an admissions process.

They needed more than an LMS: admissions, scholarships, payments, grades and certificates had to live connected. We built three systems that share the same foundation. Every student follows a single path:

  1. Admission request

    The admission application enters the back office with its programme and, if applicable, its scholarship.

  2. Enrollment and payment

    Once accepted, they pay by card or in cash at a convenience store, and the invoice comes out of the system.

  3. Classes and content

    They access their courses, materials and live classes from the student portal.

  4. Assessment

    Each assessment is graded with its rubric and the grade is stored in the student record.

  5. Certificate

    Once passed, the certificate is generated by the system and stays in the student portal.
